Attorney
513-241-6650
Rachel D. Ginsburg is a Dayton native, who earned her Juris Doctor from Northern Kentucky University’s Chase College of Law and was admitted to practice in 2024.
Rachel has always loved to read, write, and help others. Her continued passion for these activities prompted her exploration of the legal field. This exploration began with a legal internship with an immigration law firm during her junior year of high school. This internship prompted her initial interest in pursuing immigration law. However, during her 2L year, Rachel’s focus shifted towards family law because of her clerkship with a solo practitioner and her family law course, which both gave her great exposure to the area. In Spring 2024, Rachel’s family law interest solidified when she served as a limited licensed attorney for Northern Kentucky’s Children’s Law Center where she acted as the Guardian ad Litem (“GAL”) for several high-conflict custody matters.
Rachel takes great pride in helping others navigate difficult periods in their lives. She aims to create healthy and meaningful connections with clients, while also providing them with honest and concrete legal advice that will best serve their ultimate goals.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys seeing her family, friends, and animals. She also likes to cook, listen to music, read, and watch sports.
